Our grade starts from a simple test: does the image look like the memory feels? Skin stays true, whites stay clean, the reds and golds of Nepali ceremonies stay rich without screaming. We push mood through light and contrast rather than colour distortion.
Practically, every image passes through hands, not batch scripts. Presets get you eighty percent of the way; the last twenty percent — the part people actually feel — only happens frame by frame. It is slower. It is also why the work lasts.
